Collection dates Province by province

Discover when you will charge the bonus in your province and how to calculate it. Here are the complete payments for state payments in 2025.

In the next few days, one of the most anticipated dates of the year will arrive for workers in a dependency relationship, retirees and pensioners: the payment of the first quota of the bonus. This benefit also includes state workers, who will receive 50% of the complementary annual salary (SAC). Payment dates vary according to the province in which they provide functions.

Each bonus medium corresponds to 50% of the salary of greater monthly remuneration received by the worker in the semester. On this occasion, the highest salary of the period from January to June is considered. According to Law 27,073, the first quota of the bonus can be paid until the last working day of the sixth month of the year, which in 2025 coincides with Monday, June 30.

However, companies and governorates have a grace period of four business days after date. This means that some registered workers will be able to collect their bonus until Friday, July 4. For the calculation of the second quota, it is taken as a deadline for accreditation on December 18, before the Christmas and New Year, corresponding to 50% of the highest monthly remuneration of the period from July to December.

How is the bonus calculated?

Calculating the bonus is a simple but important process to know the corresponding amount. Next, the steps are detailed to calculate it:

1. Identify the corresponding semester: from January to June for the first share (paid in June) and from July to December for the second quota (which is paid in December).

2. Look for the best monthly gross salary of the period: the gross salary (before discounts) is considered, including overtime, commissions and usual variables, but not the anterior bonus.
