Those who retire through a pension moratorium, that is, without having had the necessary contributions, perceive retirement equivalent to 82% of the SMVM. Regarding unemployment, it is calculated based on the best remuneration of the last six months, with a maximum limit between 50% and 100% of the SMVM.

Also, for those who wish to access universal assignments by child, one of the requirements is not to receive registered wages that are located above a certain multiple of SMVM. The same goes for progress scholarships, which determine a maximum of minimum wages perceived to access the benefit.
