Ex-trigema boss Wolfgang Grupp brought to the hospital
He is considered one of the most famous merchants in Germany: the former Trigema boss Wolfgang Grupp is in the hospital. However, the background is still unclear.
The 83-year-old is good, a company spokeswoman said. At first she did not give details.
Regardless of this, the police confirmed an assignment in Burladingen (Zollernalbkreis) – the place of residence of Grupp: According to this, an injured person from a private apartment was taken to the hospital with the rescue helicopter.
A police spokesman referred to the press code and did not want to provide any further information about the case. There is no evidence of external influence or a criminal offense. The “Black Forest Bote” first reported on the operation.
Wolfgang Grupp released Trigema leadership to his children
The textile entrepreneur Wolfgang Grupp was born on April 4, 1942 in Burladingen. In 1969 he took over the company founded by his grandfather. Trigema is a well-known manufacturer of German leisure and sports clothing.
In early 2024, Grupp cleared the chief position and released the management to his son Wolfgang Grupp Junior and his daughter Bonita. Both children had been working in the company for years.
