After five months of frozen salaries, the National Work Commission in private homes was summoned to session to analyze an update of assets. The sector accumulates only a 2.5% increase in 2025, compared to much higher inflation. The union claim requires increases between 30% and 70%.
After the strong claim of the sector for joint reopening, the National Labor Commission in private homes (CNTCP) was convened to a Ordinary Plenary Session For the next Monday, July 14 at 11:30 amas established by the Resolution signed by its president, Sara Alicia Gattipublished in the last hours. The meeting will be held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security of the Ministry of Human Capital.

The personnel of private houses entered Julio without salary news. The salaries of the sector remain frozen since February, the month in which the last official increase was applied. Since then, The assets accumulate only 2.5% rise so far this yearwell below inflation registered in the same period.


Minimum remuneration update
The agenda includes the Analysis of the evolution of minimum remuneration for workers of private houses included in the special regime established by the Law 26,844. The call occurs in a context of high inflation and salary pressures in different sectors, and could lead to a new update of the minimum assets of domestic staff.
