At Trüber, the executive chair is presumably rather uncomfortable even with top content in many industrial companies. The new head of the engine manufacturer MTU finds good conditions.
At the engine manufacturer MTU, the future boss Johannes Bussmann is to take office on September 1st. The DAX group announced this in Munich. The previous chief of TÜV Süd will successor the successful incumbent Lars Wagner, who will switch to Airbus in turn and will take over the management of the civil aircraft division.
The MTU supervisory board had appointed the 56-year-old Bussmann at the end of 2024, but the date of the change of board was not yet determined. The future head of the engine manufacturer is a trained air and space engineer and was boss of Lufthansa Technik in front of his board position at TÜV Süd. Unlike many other industrial companies, the new employer MTU is in good shape and had increased its forecast for this year a few weeks ago.
