Court does not see any relief for ex-wirecard boss Braun
After two and a half years of criminal trial, former Wirecard boss Markus Braun is for the first time to lose the version. But the court shows that it does not believe the manager.
In the Munich Wirecard process, the signs of a conviction of the former CEO Markus Braun are increasing. The public prosecutor assumes that Braun falsified the Wirecard balance sheets for years with the help of non-existent sales and profits in the association with ex-sales board member Marsalek and other accomplices.
Braun, on the other hand, argues that Marsalek and his gang have misappropriated two billion euros and only used the group to do business under his own account. “I have never said anyone to falsify or misappropriate anything,” said the brown, which was turning, brown.
