Tesla Grünheide sees himself on a good course despite the sales crisis

Tesla: offer safe workplace
The IG Metall Berlin-Brandenburg-Sachsen spoke of increasing uncertainty in the workforce last week because Tesla in Grünheide produced at a record level, but there was an image crisis of the group and a sales flair. The union praised the fact that Tesla always paid almost 100 percent when it was stopped, but many jobs had been canceled in the past twelve months.
The carmaker rejected the presentation. “We do not perceive uncertainty in the workforce and see no reason for this. Since the beginning we have been offering our employees a safe, permanent and highly attractive job.”
The Gigafactory in Grünheide in Brandenburg opened in 2022. It is the largest industrial employer in Brandenburg. Tesla targeted 500,000 cars a year for production in Grünheide in a first phase, there are plans to double the target number to one million a year. The schedule is open because of the difficult market situation.
