Private house employers will have a new benefit for the payment of employee services of private houses.
The Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARCA) implemented a new measure that simplifies compliance with pension obligations for domestic personnel employers: as of July 15, 2025, it is already possible to adhere to the Automatic debit to pay contributions, contributions, social work and art.
As established by the General Resolution No. 5723/2025published in the Official Gazette, this modality will allow more than 450,000 employers Perform monthly payment without repeating the procedure month by month, avoiding omissions or involuntary delays.
ARCA: Enable payment of domestic employees by automatic debit
The adhesion procedure is carried out online through the Official Portal of Arca (www.arca.gob.ar) with fiscal code, within the Special Registry of private houses staff. The employer can choose a CBU already registered or add a new one. Adhesion is also enabled by credit card, through the corresponding administrator.
Once adhered, the debit will take place on the 10th of the month following the adhesion. For example, if the process is carried out on July 15, the first payment will be debited on August 11, corresponding to the accrued period of July.
ARCA facilitates formalization and reduces unregistered work
The new functionality is framed within Ark’s efforts to boost the formalization of domestic employment and facilitate employers fulfilling their responsibilities. In addition, the system will allow visualizing the payments made and rejections, in case of lack of funds or problems with the account.
This tool represents an important advance to provide greater security to both employers and workers in the sector, within the framework of a fairer and more formalized employment relationship.
