Young and young work together smoothly in many companies. The survey of a health insurance also shows that not everything runs smoothly.

According to a new health report, there are always generation conflicts in companies in Germany. According to the report of the health insurance company DAK-Gesundheit, which is to be presented in Berlin this Tuesday and the dpa is present, 28 percent of the so-called gene reports in the companies of tensions between different age groups. Employees who were born between 1995 and 2010 and which around a fifth of the 43 million employed people in Germany identified were interviewed.

Every fourth with perceived generational conflicts feel strongly or very stressed, another 56 percent see less and 19 percent, as the health insurance reported. On average of all employees, 23 percent of generation conflicts experience. For 18 percent of those affected, these conflicts are a burden on daily work, the DAK reported.

In the healthcare sector and in the area of education, the proportion of those affected is greatest with 30 percent each. In the data processing industry, on the other hand, only 12 percent reported that they experience generational conflicts at least every now and then.
