The software manufacturer from Baden-Württemberg convinces better figures in the second quarter than expected. A division particularly ensures tailwind.
Thanks to a decent second quarter, Europe’s largest software manufacturer SAP remains despite the customs capers in the global economy with its outlook on the overall year. In the past three months, the profit, which was adjusted for special effects before interest and taxes (EBIT), climbed by 32 percent to 2.57 billion euros, as the Walldorfer Dax group announced on Tuesday evening after the US Aviation conclusion.
The Hohe Plus was mainly due to the large job renovation initiated last year, but also at lower costs for the stock -based employee remuneration. The operational profit grew more than analysts beforehand.
Driver at the North Badeners remains the company of subscription software that is growing by CEO Christian Klein on growth. Sales in this area attracted 24 percent, the contracting stock of the next twelve months grew significantly and thus gives more planning security. Overall, the group achieved an increase in sales from 9 percent to 9.03 billion euros. The bottom line was that the net profit doubled almost to 1.75 billion euros.
