The focus for development must be in the decrease in taxes and educational networks

This new generation of young entrepreneurs seeks to mark a break with the old practices that for decades associated the company with short -term pre -concentration, concentration and visions.

The Argentine Union of Young Entrepreneurs (UNAJE) already adds more than 500 owners of companies under 45 years of age with a call to create new and better companies. With a federal DNA – presence in 15 provinces and 75% of entrepreneurs outside the AMBA – they bet on the training already work in a network: next week an Ibero -American Forum of young entrepreneurs, in which more than 1000 people in Latin America and Spain will participate. The event will include axes that are in the center of the Latin American and Europe Agenda: AI as an accelerator for key sectors and business innovation and competitiveness to expand at the regional level. The issues will be built from concrete testimonies of young entrepreneurs in the region that lead organizations.

This new generation of young entrepreneurs seeks to mark a break with the old practices that for decades associated the company with short -term pre -concentration, concentration and visions. On the other hand, the forum proposes to install a different agenda: companies that innovate, generate quality employment and assume as the main engine to create value and sustainable development for Argentina and the region.

With 32 thousand employees generated directly by the members of the UNAJE and 10 provincial nodes, from the organization they believe that this event is the beginning of a path to become “a decisive voice in the key debates for the future” of the country. From UNAJE they are convinced that “companies are limited by the lack of institutional support, scarce resources and difficulties in accessing different markets” and that “Argentina needs more and better companies to create a development that lasts.”
