The measure, endorsed by the Ministers of Agrarian Development, Economics and Government, reaches farms of Hipólito Yrigoyen, General Lamadrid, General Alvear, Roque Pérez, General Viamonte, Chivilcoy, Las Flores, Junín, Chacabuco and Monteand will govern for the period between May 1 and October 31, 2025.
The decree establishes that The affected producers and producers must submit an affidavit within ten days from today.

In that line, the document clarifies that The planned benefits exclusively reach those who develop agricultural exploitation as a main activity.
Among the measures arranged, The exemption or reduction of the payment of the rural real estate tax is expected depending on the degree of affectation, thus as credit benefits through the Bank of the Province of Buenos Aires.
The declaration was adopted after the evaluation carried out by the Ministry of Agrarian Development and the Bonaerense Emergency and Agricultural Disaster Commission, which ruled on the magnitude of the damages suffered by the farms following the floods recorded in the aforementioned districts.
Bahía Blanca
In parallel, through resolution 378/2025 also published this Friday, the Ministry of Agrarian Development declared the emergency and/or agricultural disaster with individual character for producers of the Bahía Blanca party.
The measure, in force between May 1 and October 31, 2025, reaches rural farms consigned in an annex of the resolution, whose holders must submit the affidavit within ten days.
According to the text, although the effects are not sufficiently densified to justify the inclusion of the complete district, the damages suffered at the property level merited the application of the benefits contemplated in Law 10.390, including partial exemptions of the Rural real estate tax and credit facilities through the Bank Province.
