The listed agrana group with the Vienna headquarters will receive a new, additional board member with the Upper Austrian Franz Ennser (54) on November 1st. The agricultural economist will be responsible as a COO for the operational business of the sugar, fruit and starch manufacturer, the company announced on Friday after a corresponding supervisory board meeting.
Ennser has been in the Agrana Group since 1998 and has been working for Austria Juice GmbH since 2006, where he has been the position of the CEO since 2014. This year, the Agrana also took over the minority share of the fruit juice and concentration manufacturer from the Raiffeisen Ware Austria.
