The Buenos Aires government extended until February 28, 2026 The state of emergency and/or agricultural disaster due to floods In different constituencies of the municipalities of Bolívar, July Nine, Carlos Casares and Tapalquéaccording to Decree 2452/2025 published Tuesday in the Official Gazette.

The extension, based on the critical situation of rural farms, was recommended by the Emergency and Agricultural Disaster of the Province at its meeting on August 29 and approved by the governor Axel Kicillof.


The measure, which applies to producers and producers whose main activity is agricultural exploitation in the areas achieved, contemplates Tax benefits on rural real estate and access to special credits through the Province Bankwithin the framework of Law 10,390.
The decree establishes that producers must submit sworn statements or ratifications within ten days after the publication of the norm.
The circumscriptions included are: II, III, IV, V, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI and XII of Bolívar; II to XV of July nine; II to XI from Carlos Casares; and Circumscripen VIII of Tapalqué.
