The measure It is based In an extensive regulatory framework that includes Laws No. 13.636, 24,305 and 27,233which regulate from the importation of veterinary products to the fight against Afitosa fever and animal and plant health throughout the national territory.

Certificate of Use and Marketing

The provision incorporates a new article to the current regulatory framework and allows the Certificate of Use and Marketing (CUC)the veterinary products that come from nations included in the list authorized by the SENASA carry out the official control of their commercial series at origin.
