The Executive Branch officialized on Tuesday the Extension for ten yearsas of November 2027, of the transport and polyduct transport concessions operated by YPF SAwhich extend in the provinces of Neuquén, Mendoza, San Luis, Córdoba, Santa Fe and Buenos Aires.

The decision, established in the Decree 698/2025 Posted in the Official Gazette, Signed by President Javier Milei and the Minister of Economy, Luis Caputo. Concessions cover a duct system of some 3,000 kilometers of extensionwhich includes pipelines Puerto Rosales-La Plata, La Plata-Dock Sud and Hernández-Luján from Cuyo; Luján de Cuyilla Mercedes, Villa Mercedes-Montecristo, Montecristo-San Lorenzo, Villa Mercedes-Junín-La Matanza, La Plata-Dársena de Flamable and Dársena de Flamable-La Matanza; and the JP duct La Matanza-Ezeiza.
