The Ministry of Economy formalized this Friday, through two resolutions published in the Official Gazette, the declaration of emergency and/or agricultural disaster in different citrus, soybeans, horticultural and walnut farms of the province of Entre Ríos affected by frost and hail.
The Ministry of Economy, through resolutions 1502/2025 and 1503/2025 published this Friday in the Official Gazette, said the Emergency and/or agricultural disaster in several productions of Entre Ríos that suffered damage to adverse climatic phenomena that occurred between March and July of this year.

In the first case, resolution 1502 establishes the emergency for citrus farms located in the departments of Federation and Concordwhich were affected by frost registered between June 30 and July 4. The measure will govern from July 4, 2025 until July 15, 2026, date set as the completion of the productive cycle.


The emergency in Entre Ríos
Meanwhile, resolution 1503 reaches soy farms in the district Nogoyá corner (Victoria Department), to the horticultural of the district First (Department Columbus) Already those of Nuez Pecán of the same district, which were damaged by hail. In these cases, the emergency period goes from March 1 to August 30, 2025 for soybeans and horticultural, and until February 28, 2026 for the Pecán nut.

Both measures, signed by the Minister of Economy, Luis Caputowere adopted after the analysis of the National Emergency and Agricultural Disaster Commissionwhich recommended that the Executive Power accompany the provisions of the province of Entre Ríos in the provincial decrees 2296/2025 and 2113/2025.
The regulations determine that producers must submit a certificate issued by the competent authority of the province that proves that their farms are included in the areas declared in emergency. In addition, the provincial government must refer to the Executive Technical Secretariat of the National Commission the list of affected producers.
The benefits contemplated in Law 26,509 include the extension or exemption of tax obligations and credit facilities granted by national, officer or mixed banking entities. The Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARCA) must also implement measures to accompany the producers achieved.
Finally, the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries were instructed to conclude the necessary agreements for the execution of the provisions.
