“Currency rates recorded a rapid growth and reached a historical maximum, which will certainly affect the cost of construction and, accordingly, the price per square meter,” said Christina Nedrya, head of the Stone Hedge valuation and analytics department.
Developers have already begun to revise prices – in terms of objects they have risen by 2-5%, Ildar Khusainov said. Developers are indeed declaring an increase in the value of real estate, confirmed Sergey Kolosnitsyn, director of the residential real estate department at Penny Lane Realty.
