“There will be changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of Alfa-Bank. In the near future, Mikhail Fridman, Pyotr Aven, Alexander Galitsky and Sergey Matsotsky will leave its composition, ”the message says.
It is noted that Alfa-Bank President Oleg Sysuev, who now holds the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, will become the head of the council.
