The CNCE report also detected a average dumping margin of 56.17% in exports of Chinese engines to Argentina and a recurrence margin of 32.94% considering shipments to Chile as a reference market.

The Ministry of Economy ordered that the analysis period for determining dumping will be included between August 2024 and July 2025while the examination of damage to the national industry will cover from January 2022 to July 2025.
Interested parties will be able to access the questionnaires to participate in the procedure through the CNCE website (www.argentina.gob.ar/cnce/cuenarios) and will have a 30 day period from the publication of the resolution to present the corresponding documentation and evidence.
