He National Appraisal Court (TTN)a decentralized organization within the orbit of the Ministry of Economy, approved this Monday through the Resolution 80/2025 the creation of Digest of National Valuation Standardswhich brings together and reorganizes all current regulations on valuations at the national level.

The measure, published today in the Official Gazette, was adopted unanimously by the organization’s Collegiate Body and seeks – as detailed in the recitals – “to facilitate access to the regulatory compendium in an agile and accessible manner” for both public entities and appraisal professionals, promoting “a high level of public confidence in the practice of appraisal.”
The new digest, consolidated October 23, 2025will be available in electronic format through the Court’s website, with tools that will allow you to search for regulations and download the content in whole or in part.

The president of the TTN, Julio Roberto Villamontesigned the resolution in use of the powers conferred by the Organic Law of the National Appraisal Court (Law No. 21,626) and the corresponding regulatory decrees.
