When analyzing the premises for rent and sale, it was observed that for rent there was a rise of 1.4% in relation to the previous two-month period and a fall of 10.6% compared to the same two-month period in 2021, while for sale they decreased by 27 .3% compared to the November-December period and increased 9.1% compared to January-February 2021.
Carried out in the main commercial arteries of Buenos Aires, the measurement registered an interannual growth in the Cabildo, Corrientes, Santa Fe, Córdoba, Pueyrredón avenues and in the pedestrian Florida; while in Rivadavia and Avellaneda avenues there was evidence of decline.
Meanwhile, the Federation of Wholesalers and Suppliers of the State of the Province of Buenos Aires (Femape) determined that during the two-month period January-February 2022, in relation to the previous two-month period, there was a 7.2% drop in the number of inactive premises in the main commercial areas of the city of La Plata. Compared to the same two-month period last year, an increase of 45.3% was recorded.
In short, during the first two months of 2022, a total of 77 premises without commercial activity were detected in the surveyed areas.
