The resolution signed by the Minister Matthias Lammens states in its recitals that the emergency situation through which the Mesopotamian province crosses “impacts the economy in general and the tourism sector in particular, considerably reducing the visitation scheduled for the 2022 summer season.”

Those interested in the benefit do not have to owe compensation for any type of assistance they have received from the Ministry, or have accounts pending surrender.
Likewise, they must pass a monthly training course or content capsules of the Virtual Training Program (PFV) on the platform https://campus.yvera.gob.ar.
The resolution stressed that the covid-19 pandemic “it caused a decrease in activities in general”, but “it immediately and acutely affected the entire tourism sector”, for which it was necessary to offer aid through successive versions of the Assistance Program for Tourist Providers.
On the other hand, he indicated that the tourism sector “is particularly affected” by “extreme weather events”the frequency of which increases “in the context of global warming”.
These factors, he added, affect “the duration and quality of the tourist seasons” and therefore influence “directly the choice of destinations and tourist spending, also causing changes in the motivation of demand, thus impacting the profitability of the tourism sector and in the provision of services offered to visitors”.
