Buenos Aires judicial

This morning, the Buenos Aires Judicial Association (AJB) accepted the salary improvement proposal made by the Government of the province of Buenos Aires, for which the dialogue table closed an increase of 40% for the sector, reported the provincial Ministry of Labor .

The offer contemplates an increase of 16% in March, 10% in July and 14% in September, a follow-up clause and another for reopening after the third increase, in order to achieve and maintain a real recomposition of wages through monitoring of the evolution of the economic indicators, to resume the dialogue, if necessary, before reopening the negotiation.

In addition, the special bonus and the functional compensation are increased by 2 percentage points from March 1, 2022 and by 2.7 points accumulated from September 1, taking it from 52.7% to 55.4%, paid in 2 tranches (March 2%, and September 0.7%).

metallurgists

The Metallurgical Workers’ Union (UOM), led by Antonio Caló, defined its joint 2022 and salary increase. In this way, the union and the six chambers of the sector agreed on a 45% increase in three tranches, including a revision based on the evolution of inflation in the month of November. As for the installments, 18% corresponds from the month of April, 15% from July and will be completed in October with 12%. Five points above the general guideline promoted by the government for this year’s collective bargaining.

Buenos Aires state

The Federation of State and Private Unions of the Province of Buenos Aires (Fegeppba), agreed to a 40% salary increase in three tranches together with a clause to reopen negotiations in October: the increases will take place in March (16%), July (10%) and September (14%). In addition, in line with Law No. 10,430, the agreement adds an extra bonus for the personnel of the Buenos Aires Ministry of Health, together with a follow-up clause and another for the reopening of negotiations after the third increase, which will be applied in September.

University teachers

The Minister of Education of the Nation, Jaime Perczyk, signed the joint agreement with the teachers’ unions that contemplates a salary increase of 45.4% in four sections, which raises the minimum salary of a teacher to $50,000 from 1 in March and $60,000 in September.

The proposal for the national educational portfolio agreed by the unions consists of a national teacher minimum wage guaranteed fixed in the sum of $50,000 as of March 1 of the current year, which means an increase of 21.21% integrated as follows: 5% for recomposition of the joint agreement corresponding to the year 2021 and 16.21 % referred to the current joint agreement for the year 2022.

In addition, it grants an increase of 8.08% on June 1 so that the salary reaches $53,333; the same percentage in August to reach $56,666 and another 8.08% in September so that the minimum salary is $60,000, which represents an increase of 45.4% of the corresponding salary guideline. It also includes a review clause in September.

The four railway unions and the companies in the sector finally closed the joint review of the period between April 1, 2021 and March 31, 2022 with another 4% increase on all the concepts of the salary grid and a Bonus for Railway Day of 22,650 pesos.

The improvement and what was already agreed at the end of 2021 totaled an increase for railway personnel of 52% per year, which exceeded the inflationary process of the period.

Foods

The Federation of Food Industry Workers (FTIA) managed to close the salary review and reached an increase of 52.7% for the parity period between May 2021 and April 2022. The agreement marks an increase of 3.5% from March 1 and 7.2% from April 1.

The Federation of Complex Workers Industrial Oleaginoso, Cotton and Allied Ginmakers of the Argentine Republic (Ftciodyara) reached an agreement with the businessmen of the sector for cotton ginning workers and employees, for which the initial wage of the peon is more than $90,000 since February 1 .
