“The Ministry of Internal Trade will inform the National Directorate of Agricultural Commercial Control of the breaches, within the framework of its competence, of the price agreements and/or regulations applicable to the beef industry made by the obligated subjects”, was determined in the first article of the standard.
In the second article of the resolution, it is established that “the National Directorate of Agricultural Commercial Control will observe the Sworn Declarations of Meat Export Operations (DJEC)”, as reported by the Ministry of Domestic Trade, “until it reports that the obligated subjects have complied with the applicable regime”.
As reported on Thursday by Comercio Interior, the prices per kilo of the seven cuts of meat that are part of the program are as follows: Strip roast $679, Empty $815, Matambre $810, Skirt $449, Tapa de asado $ 679, Buttock $859 and Shoulder $699.
The DJECs were established through joint resolution 3/2021 on Agriculture and Productive Development and include exports of “Fresh, chilled or frozen meat of the bovine, porcine, ovine, caprine, equine and Gallus domesticus species”.
