Later, Guzmán met with Rebeca Grynspan, secretary general of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
Finally, the Minister held a meeting with his counterpart from the Economy of Brazil, Paul Guedeswith whom he discussed issues on the bilateral agenda, such as regional energy integration.
