“These measures seek to preserve the purchasing power of income and guarantee a course of economic and social equity.“, announced this afternoon the Minister of Economy, Martín Guzmán, in a ceremony held in the White Room of the Casa Rosada, headed by President Alberto Fernández.
The $18,000 bonus will be given in two installments, in May and June, while the $12,000 for retirees and pensioners will be in a single installment in May, which will be added to the $6,000 bonus that is being paid to those who receive up to a minimum credit ($32,630).
In this way, two bonuses of 9,000 pesos will be paid in May and June to workers without formal income, workers in private homes and monotributistas of categories A and B.
Who will receive the bonus
- Workers without formal income: $18,000 in two installments of $9,000 each. It reaches workers between 18 and 65 years old without formal income.
- Retirees and pensioners: $12,000 in one installment for those who receive up to 2 minimum pensions. It complements the previous bonus granted of $6,000 and in this way is equal to the bonus granted to workers of $18,000.
- Monotributists: It reaches the workers of categories A and B of the Monotax.
- Workers of private houses: $18,000 in two installments of $9,000.
How to register to collect the bonus
- Retirees and pensioners should not make any registration. They will receive the reinforcement of 12 thousand pesos automatically together with their credit in the May payment schedule and without the need to carry out any type of procedure.
- Workers without formal income, monotributistas A and B, social monotributistas, and workers of private homes must register only through the ANSES website.
When do I have to register?
Registration has two steps.
- First step: validate personal data. This stage will start on April 21 and will be available for the entire first week. In this procedure, the person must validate the data that Anses has loaded, such as the DNI, contact data (mail and cell phone), among others. To do so, you must enter “My Anses” with the social security code and validate the personal information.
- Second step: affidavit and charge of CBU (bank account). As of April 28, people must enter the Anses website again to complete an affidavit stating that they need the bonus and meet the economic/patrimonial criteria. In addition, they must charge the CBU from their bank account (they are not worth CVU of electronic wallets). There will be time to register until May 7, which is the day registration closes. If the person does not have a bank account, one can be opened for free through the application of any bank in a completely digital way.
When do I find out if I collect the bonus of 18,000?
On May 5, people will be informed whether or not they are entitled to collect the bonus, after ANSES makes an economic evaluation of each person who has requested the reinforcement.
The new ANSES IFE is compatible with:
- Universal Child Allowance
- Pregnancy Allowance for Social Protection
- unemployment benefit
- Boost Work
- with being registered in the National Registry of Workers of the Popular Economy
- with the provincial and municipal food plans.
On the other hand, with the objective that the income reinforcement effectively reaches the citizens for whom this measure was implemented, ANSES will evaluate the patrimonial, socioeconomic and consumption situation of the applicants.
The ANSES clarified that “in order to prevent possible scams, we remind you that registration will be individual, does not require any type of intermediary and will be carried out only through the official ANSES website.”
