What is the Digital Salary Book
The Digital Salary Book is a computer tool that allows employers to comply with different obligations in a single procedure to generate the Salary and Wage Book, – Mobile Sheets -, and the monthly sworn statement through form F.931.
Data from the AFIP Social Security Resources Directorate show that more than 93,000 firms and more than 4 million workers employed in the private sector use the Digital Salary Book. In the small business incorporation stage, the agency made available an interactive spreadsheet that allows firms to quickly obtain a data model and export it to the system.
In this way, SMEs will be able to load and parameterize social security concepts in a simpler, faster and more automatic way.
These tools make compliance easier for small businesses that don’t have the technical or financial resources to adapt their systems. With the functionality made available, the firm’s personnel responsible for managing and registering their social security news will be able to parameterize their Digital Salary Book in a more agile way.
This new functionality is added to a series of instruments and tools at the service of companies in the process of incorporating the Digital Salary Book:
- An extensive network of account officers in your call center trained to guide employers.
- Microsite with more than 140 specific guides and help
- A list of frequently asked questions
