Bauernfeind will “resign his board mandate on June 30, 2022 in the best agreement with the company and will end his employment contract on March 31, 2023,” the company announced on Monday. At the beginning of March, Fabasoft announced that Bauernfeind would step down from his position on the board in 2024.
Helmut Fallmann and Bauernfeind founded Fabasoft in 1988 and have managed it ever since. The current head of Fabasoft Germany, Matthias Wodniok, will become a further member of the Fabasoft Management Board on July 1st, his contract runs until April 30th, 2024. To support the transformation, the software company will provide advisory support from July 1st, 2022 to March 31st, 2023 (” Executive Committee”), which consists of Fallmann and Bauernfeind.
