The Committee will have the objective of defining the parameters that the established indicators must reach so that employers can access the program, according to the needs and development of Repro, while at the same time issuing reports on the operation and results of the Program.
For their formation, they were appointed Diego Schleser and David Trajtember as titular and alternate representatives, respectively, of the Ministry of Labor; Y Fernando Morra and Luis Lodola, as head and alternate of Productive Development.
Likewise, by the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP), they were appointed Alexander Sandonato as owner and gabriela ferrari as alternate.
The resolution clarified that the new Committee, which replaces the one formed in 2020 to monitor Repro II, “will not imply additional budget expenditure” for the state.
Among other indicators that are taken into account when considering the applications of employers to Repro, and that the Committee must evaluate and eventually modify, are the number of applicants, the prevailing economic situation and the allocated budget.
On April 19, the Labor portfolio ordered the completion of the Repro and Repro II programs, which were replaced by the Productive Recovery and Support Program, which retains the acronym Repro in its name.
The modification of the programs was dictated because it was considered that the Repro II “It has met its public policy objectives and expectations of assistance to companies and economic and productive sectors affected by the effects that the Covid-19 pandemic produced on the national economy as of March 2020.”
The program assigns to participating companies an amount not exceeding half of the Minimum Vital and Mobile Salary for each employee consisting of “an individual monetary allowance to be paid to male and female workers, on account of the payment of remuneration by the employers and employers adhered to the Program.”
For its part, last week, the Ministry of Labor specified the conditions that must be met by companies that want to appear in the new Repro.
Among other requirements, there is the specification of the reason for requesting access to the Program, the actions to be carried out in order to overcome their economic or productive crisis, measurable quarterly and annual goals; and statements on the existence of reductions in work hours or suspensions in the last three months of the request.
In the same way, it must be declared if the company receives any subsidy or benefit from the State, present the last two balance sheets and price lists of three products or services; In addition to detailing who are the clients that represent more than 30% of sales.
