How to collect the new IFE from DNI Account
- Open the app and click “Withdraw without card”.
- Enter your ID number and the amount to withdraw.
- Click on the “Generate extraction order” button.
- Review the data upload and press “Confirm”.
- Finally, save the “Extraction Code”.
Then, go to a Red Link ATM and perform the following steps:
- Touch the screen or the side keys of the cashier.
- Select the option “Operate without a card” and then “Withdraw”.
- Enter your DNI number and then the “Extraction Code” that you saved.
- Finally, enter the exact amount that you charged at the time of generating the withdrawal order in DNI Account.
