According to the official resolution, The funds will be destined to accompany entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs and new companies in the execution of projects with the purpose of introducing innovative changes in their products or services.; to scientific and/or technological based enterprises arising from research and development (R&D) processes with the aim of strengthening value chains that contribute to productive development in academic institutions, scientific-technological institutions, companies or in connection with they; and ventures with impact, that is, those whose actions seek to produce not only an economic benefit, but also improvements in society and/or the environment of their community.
“Argentina has a very strong, innovative entrepreneurial system with a lot of potential. For this reason, from the Ministry we deepen the accompaniment of thousands of women and men who throughout the country have ideas to contribute, productive projects to materialize or initiatives already underway, so that they can shape them or make them grow. For us, ventures are part of the strategic agenda for national development and we will continue to support them with financing, technical assistance and training”pointed out the secretary of Small and Medium Enterprises and Entrepreneurs, Guillermo Merediz.
“Through this call we are empowering entrepreneurs in their role as dynamic agents of the national productive system”, remarked the Undersecretary of Entrepreneurs of SEPYME, Mariela Balbo, and maintained: “without a doubt they are key in the incorporation of innovations and in the development of products and ideas that underpin the growth of our country”.
The projects that are approved and that apply in any of the aforementioned lines, will have an execution period of 4 months and will be assisted with a percentage of up to 85% (excluding VAT) of the total.
