In this way, companies will be able to access the benefit through a Remote Procedures Platform (TAD)which adds to the possibility of register through the territorial agencies dependent on Ministry of Labor and municipalities that have employment offices integrated into the network of employment offices organized by the labor portfolio.
Small and medium-sized companies registered in the Mipyme Registry that hire young people through the program will benefit from a reduction in employer contributions and, in addition, will receive financial support from the State for the payment of wages through Non-Reimbursable Contributions (ANR) during the first 12 months after the young people’s employment.
In this sense, the companies registered in the program, open to SMEs from all over the country, will have a reduction in the first year of employer contributions that will reach 95% of the total in the case of women and non-binary people, and 90% in the case of men.
In this way, if the reduction of employer contributions and the payment of ANR are added, the initiative, aimed at unemployed young people between 18 and 24 years old who have completed secondary education, will cover between 70% and 90% of the initial salary for one year, adapting the state contribution to the size of the company.
As established in Decree 493/21, in case the contracts are part-time, the stipulated benefits will be reduced by half.
Employer contributions that are reduced are those destined for the Argentine Integrated Social Security System (SIPA), the National Institute of Social Services for Retirees and Pensioners (PAMI), the National Employment Fund and the National Regime of Family Allowances.
The joint initiative aims to combine the efforts, logistics, resources and circuits of the Vocational Training and Employment Promotion programs of the Ministry of Labor, with the policies and tools of promotion and financing for MSMEs of the Productive Development.
