Demographic change, a new generation of workers and increasing digitization: Our working world is changing faster than ever. But where is this transformation taking us? What will cooperation look like in the future? The challenges and opportunities that await us on the way into the world of work by 2030 is the subject of the HR conference “HR Connect(s)” organized by Business Upper Austria on September 15th and 16th in the Uni-Center of Linz’s Johannes Kepler University takes place. This year’s motto is “Collaboration ’til 2030”.

The first day is dedicated to the topics of new work, diversity and artificial intelligence in the world of work. In addition to speakers such as David Borst (“This is how we will live and work in the future”) and Lukas Maximilian Fastenroth (“New Work Scenarios”), there are also many reports from practical experience.

Day two is about leadership and cooperation in the future: Then, among others, Svea von Hehn will speak on the topic “The organization of the future lives from emotionally intelligent leadership”.
