Mr. Sekeryemez, as a lawyer, you represent tenants who are having trouble with their landlord. What legal problems do tenants struggle with the most?
There are some problems that keep popping up. One of the most common annoyances is that landlords withhold the rental deposit after the tenancy has ended for flimsy reasons. In addition, there are often disputes about rent deficiencies, excessive utility bills and unjustified rent increases.
