In Puerto Madero, the premium residential development of Consultatio in Dock 2, Oceana Puerto Madero, already has more than 70% of the units sold, with values ranging from US$5,500 per square meter.
Diego Schwengber, commercial director of Consultatio, said that “our audience includes both investors and end users; the smaller units are chosen by young couples and married couples with large children who leave their homes to move to a complex with all the comforts and close of everything, but with fewer square meters”.
“There are also investors from inside and outside who want to have a second home in Buenos Aires, or have children studying in the city and choose it as a place to stay when they visit them. Another investor public is companies that buy units for their expatriate senior managers ; or multinationals as an alternative to their main businesses”, completed the manager.
