It is for those generating users who have installed a distributed generation equipment connected to the distribution network in the terms established in Law 27,424.
Likewise, the maximum amount to be granted for this benefit to each generating user was increased from $3 million to $4.5 million.

Law 27,424 has as its object set policies and establish legal and contractual conditions for the generation of electrical energy renewable origin by users of the distribution network, for self-consumption with eventual injection of surpluses into the network, and establish the obligation of service providers public distribution service to facilitate said injection, ensuring free access to the distribution network.
The Tax Credit Certificate granted to those persons from jurisdictions that would have fully adhered to the Regime for the Promotion of Distributed Generation of Renewable Energy Integrated into the Public Electricity Network, and who have obtained the corresponding User-Generator Certificate.

On the other hand, the Secretary of Energy extended until December 31, 2025 the deadline of the provisional concessions of 13 hydroelectric damslocated in the provinces of Mendoza, San Juan, La Pampa and Jujuy.
The extension of permits was ordered through resolutions 534/2022, 535/2022, 536/2022, 537/2022, 538/2022, 539/2022, 541/2022, 542/2022, 543/2022, 544/ 2022, 545/2022, 546/2022 and 551/2022, published today in the Official Gazette.
The plants included are those of San Martín, La Lujanita, Los Coroneles, El Carrizal, Cacheuta, Triple Salto Unificado, Canal Cacique Guaymallén, Tiburcio Benegas, all in the province of Mendoza; Salto de la Loma and Los Caracoles, in San Juan; Stone House in La Pampa; and Reyes in Jujuy.
In all cases, the authorizations of the operations of all the dams were extended so that the companies act as generating agents of the Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM).
The renewals of these provisional permits were authorized because “the procedures prior to the signing of the Concession Contract provided for in Law No. 15,336 have not yet been perfected,” according to the recitals.
