Espert unveiled its three-legged emergency plan to stop the crisis

Then, he referred to the political class and considered it as “part of the problem” for “having led the State to expand in such a way that it became unpayable and unfinanceable”. “It is unpayable because in order to pay for it, people become tax slaves,” said Espert.

“It is also unfinanceable because public spending is so great that not even the enormous collection they can make is enough for them. So, the only thing they lead us to is a deficit, more debt, money printing and, therefore, a constant increase in inflation.”, he indicated.

Finally, with the intention of putting an end to what the economist defines as a “macabre system” and “plagued with scourges”spoke of trade unionism: “We have labor laws from the time of the caves and we need friendly legislation for employers and employees”.

“It does not surprise me then that we have more than 50% of the population in black”, lamented the deputy and insisted that “This is the only way we are going to prevent a new economic plan from ending in crisis.”

Asked about the rise in dollar blue Espert warned the Government of the following: “We are in a pressure cooker. They run out of reserves.” In this framework, he identified two alternatives: “One is to continue putting pressure on the pot, so that everything bursts one day and we find ourselves with a dollar at 1,000 pesos,” he said.

And he emphasized the second possibility: “The other is to go for something more civilized, recognize that we have no reservations and use an exchange rate liberalization scheme that allows for a unification of all versions of the dollar”.

“Onwards, you see if you make a periodic devaluation or let the dollar float. Now, if you set it free, you still have to put an anchor on it. For that, it is necessary to freeze public spending in a nominal way, as well as the salary of deputies and senators and the rest of the politicians”, he concluded.
