At the debtor’s own request, bankruptcy proceedings have been opened against the assets of the “Burger-Werk”. The creditor protector AKV announced this in a broadcast today, Tuesday. The burger restaurant was founded in Gmunden in 2015, and there has been a second location in Regau since 2018. Both locations were closed at the end of July.
According to the AKV, there are liabilities of 130,000 assets of 15,900 euros. 30 creditors are affected by the bankruptcy.
The economic problems began during the corona pandemic, and business did not develop positively afterwards either: In Regau, the restrictions on the neighboring cinema operations, previously a reliable source of frequency, made themselves felt. In addition to the financial bottlenecks, there were considerable personnel problems.
