Meat substitute products are often more environmentally friendly and healthier than animal products. What many schnitzel eaters do not want to believe has recently been confirmed. They examined more than 57,000 products available in UK supermarkets and how they affect the environment. To do this, Michael Clark, Richard Harrington and their team invented their own algorithm and a scoring system that was supposed to show the environmental impact and nutrient composition.
