Regarding occupancy, the company registers an increase of 24% in members compared to the end of 2021 and an increase of 15% compared to the first half of 2021.
The building with the largest number of active desks is Libertador al 1000, with 77.3% registered in the first half of 2022.
In total, the company has a capacity of 5,550 desks and more than 6,400 square meters in spaces for common use. With the aim of improving productivity and stimulating innovative ideas, all the spaces have recreation areas such as a pool table, ping-pong and board games.
The company has expansion plans in the country, both in number of occupancy and in members and, more in the long term, towards smaller locations prioritizing a greater reach, even transforming idle spaces into workplaces.
In terms of diversity, 53% of the company’s management positions are held by women. All buildings have a lactation and rest room for mothers who work or visit the spaces.

During the celebration, the companies that have been installed in WeWork since the beginning of its operation in Argentina were recognized: Discovery Channel, Nielsen, Air Europa, ManpowerGroup, Adivo Associates, Qontigo, Applicant and Anova Marine Insurance.
It was also announced that WeWork will soon have its Open House in Argentina, a day in which people will have free access to the buildings so that they can learn first-hand about the company’s value proposition in terms of private workspaces, spaces collaborations and external events, among others.
