According to the report “the increase in Imacec was mainly explained by service activities; in contrast, trade and mining fell, partially offsetting the previous result”.

In detail, the document states that services expanded by 6.3%, mainly due to the “performance of personal services, particularly health; He also highlighted the contribution of transportation and business services.”

Meanwhile, commercial activity suffered a decrease of 11.1%, influenced by “all its components”, explained by low retail sales in specialized clothing, footwear and domestic equipment establishments and in large stores, and machinery and equipment wholesalers. , and household goods.

Finally, the production of goods fell 1.8% as a result of the “performance of mining and industry.”
