- Print the form and take it to the health center or school (as appropriate) so that the authorities of this place complete it and sign it.
- Once the Booklet is completed, the beneficiary must take it to an Anses office and present it together with the DNI.
There is time until December 31 to verify the AUH Book that corresponds to this year.
Food Card for AUH: extra benefit
