According to the entity’s report, the agrifood producers with the greatest gaps between field and shelf agreed on “the lack of reference prices, caused by the instability of the macroeconomy and its impact on the price of the main inputs used by the agricultural production”. Likewise, in the case of citrus fruits, the gap was attributed to “the alterations caused by the war in Ukraine”.
