Sebastián Gutierrez Magaldi, CEO of L’uva, commented that “the project began in April 2021 and with the master plan approved, the urbanization stage is underway and the marketing of the land continues. We will deliver the first lots in December 2023. Today, the average value per square meter is US$50 and we are offering excellent financing in Argentine pesos to access it“.
As part of the project, a sector with an area of 3.55 hectares will also be transferred to the Municipality of Santa Lucía, for the development of a dry plaza for the community. The project also has three macro lots of between 11,000 and 18,000 m2, for Premium residential unit complexes. In addition, in one of the macro lots, he also plans to build a 5-star hotel.
L’uva is the first and only high-end development developed in the province of San Juan. A country club in its entirety designed to be a natural hideaway with the highest privacy and enjoy life, away from the daily routine and safely throughout the year.
