The future has something to do with change and change with people: “And HR employees work with people.”
Whether daily work on the quantum computer, real-time data or the visual representation of thoughts: much of this could become reality in a few years. In order to be able to prepare for what the future will bring, Borst advised talking to the innovation and technology heads of large companies and not being afraid of digitization: “It doesn’t make our lives more complex, but simpler.”
