Official sources announced that in that meeting, which will be a lunch, Fernández will meet with some 80 companies in the sector that are not in the country. He will participate in that day also the president of YPF, Pablo González.

5. Open agenda with the US

The trip will be a new opportunity for the president to travel to the United States after the president of that country, Joe Biden, suspended the bilateral meeting that was scheduled for the 26th of that month in Washington due to a coronavirus.

However, the Argentine ambassador to the United States, Jorge Arguello, is currently working on the reactivation of that bilateral, which he said in recent days would be “imminent.”
