The BCRA extended credit line for MiPyMEs

The decision was made this Thursday by the Director of the body that presides over Miguel Angel Pesce with the aim of giving continuity to a key tool for the sector since it allows them to access credits with subsidized rates.

The program for MiPyMEs is intended to promote investment and working capital projects.

According to current regulations, financial entities “must maintain a financing balance within this line that is equivalent to at least 7.5% of their non-financial private sector deposits in pesos.”

The amount must be calculated based on the monthly average of daily balances as of September 2022, the entity reported.

From the BCRA they communicated that with the extension begins “a new stage that is oriented to continue stimulating the production of the sector as a way of contributing to economic development and job creation.”
