What should be considered when inheriting a house?

Are you about to purchase a property or do you want to pass the family home on to your children? At the real estate day, which is organized in cooperation between the oö. Chamber of Notaries and the Upper Austrian News, we will answer your questions. Tell us about your case in a short e-mail to wirtschaft@nachrichten.at and we will pass the question on to the experts on the stage (anonymously if you wish).

The first round is all about handing over and taking over real estate. The notaries Markus Seidl and Teresa Streicher give an overview of the most important topics.

The rapidly increasing property and building costs make many people hesitate before buying their own home. What are the consequences of this development? How can the dream of owning your own property still be fulfilled? Robert Oberleitner, Managing Director of Neue Heimat, Stefan Hutter from WSG, property developer Roman Sonnberger and the notaries Christoph Grumböck and Silke Höller-Prantner discuss this on stage in the second round of talks.

The general director of the Landesbank Oberösterreich Klaus Kumpfmüller, the tax consultant Florian Huber (LeitnerLeitner), Manfred Pammer (Athos) and the notaries Clemens Molan and Teresa Maria Mursch-Edlmayr then devote themselves to real estate as an investment – and talk about the various aspects of investor apartments.

The Real Estate Day takes place on October 14th between 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. in the OÖN-Forum in the Promenaden Galerien in Linz. Notaries also offer personal consultations at 15 advisory tables. Registration is required at notare-immotag.at – book an appointment in advance. Visiting is free of charge, the discussions are also broadcast live on nachrichten.at.
