Interest rates are rising again, as are building costs and land prices. How affordable are houses, land, apartments in this economic situation? Robert Oberleitner, managing director of Neue Heimat, Stefan Hutter from WSG, real estate trustee Roman Sonnberger and notaries Christoph Grumböck and Silke Höller-Prantner will answer this question in a discussion at the real estate day of notaries and the OÖ Nachrichten on Friday, October 14, from 12.30 p.m in the Promenaden Galerien in Linz.
The first discussion round is all about handing over and taking over real estate. The notaries Markus Seidl, Teresa Streicher and Teresa Maria Mursch-Edlmayr provide an overview of the most important topics.
At 3 p.m., General Director of Landesbank Oberösterreich Klaus Kumpfmüller, tax consultant Florian Huber (LeitnerLeitner), Manfred Pammer (Athos) and notary Clemens Molan will then address real estate as an investment – and talk about the various aspects of investor apartments.
From 2.45 p.m. you can find out more about the digital drafting of contracts and the processing of legal transactions via the Internet in an interview on the stage.
